Customers can now
log calls through moodey it's online
'Log A Call' service.
This service offers customers the opportunity
to get expert help by raising a ticket. Our technical
support team will contact you within the time scale
set out in the Support Contract.

All support customers
will receive a logon username and
password. After logging in, Customers
will be able to log new calls, review
open and closed calls.
As a security measure, no Customer details
are available from the portal.
